Oh gosh oh gosh s2 downton has the best ships. Thomas + blind soldier guy are the greatest best thing in my life! Also, Edith + farm guy are perfect! Why does this episode have to end!

The concept that life is short is a strange one… On the one hand, of course it is short, we only get one, lives are really in short supply so we must not waste time or chances. On the other hand, a lifetime is the longest thing we will ever experience, whatever decisions we make will be carried with us until the end, there’s no escape, and that is a very long idea indeed.

i have been clicking through french class girl’s blog for 18 pages because that is literally the only thing i have going on in my life this bumpin’ friday night AND ALSO BECAUSE SHE HAS A REALLY GREAT BLOG and it has become apparent that we should be friends or something because we like many of the same things.
this is weird discovering that a real life person is also a tumblr person.

so i just added a girl from my french class on Facebook and then i noticed she has a tumblr so i was like oh hey i’ll follow her on tumblr but now i kind of feel like a weirdo systematically going through and making internet contact with her.
